※ Protein Epitope Signature Tags (PrESTs)
● PrESTs是蛋白質組研究項目Human Protein Atlas Project（HPA) 開發(fā)的抗原標簽，這種標簽來自目標蛋白的的遺傳序列，其準確性可由質譜進行驗證。
● PrESTs的選擇 選擇PrESTs的準則是“目標蛋白中與其它蛋白序列相似性小的片段"。為了達到這一個標準，采用了嚴格的生物信息學判別程序，利用BLASTP對ENSEMBl數據庫記錄的所有蛋白序列進行了掃描、打分和篩選。
● PrESTs生產與驗證 PrESTs通過大腸桿菌大量表達，產物將通過嚴格的結構解析，以確認其準確性。
